This place has a lot of potential with its stylish design and comfortable amenities. The staff really made us feel welcome, and it was great to enjoy the delicious food at the restaurant downstairs, especially the French onion soup. However, we were quite surprised by the lack of a microwave in our room and had difficulties with the shower, which made the floor quite slippery. Overall, it was a decent stay with some enjoyable moments, but improvements could definitely be made.

We had a fantastic stay for three nights! The staff greeted us warmly and provided complimentary water, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, perfect for our family with kids. Don't miss the on-site restaurant for quick meals. Tip, If you arrive early, consider signing up for their rewards program to avoid the early check-in fee.

The hotel features unique eclectic decor that captures the local culture, making for an interesting ambiance. Its proximity to attractions is a plus, with various dining options within easy walking distance, adding convenience during your stay.
Several inconveniences stood out during my visit. One was the absence of a hot water source for tea, leaving only coffee machine options. The elevators felt slow during peak times, adding to the frustration of waiting for my floor. Additionally, the dining experience at the Star Bar was marred by incorrect charges that lacked transparency. it’s problematic when restaurant staff provide no clarity on billing errors. Lastly, I noted a disconnect regarding room readiness, as my second room took four hours post-check-in time, with poor communication on when it might be available, despite acknowledging my request for proximity.

Perfect for music lovers
The staff was really good especially Kevin who made our stay feel personal he actually took time to chat about Fargo like we were old friends and it made the whole experience better also the mini fridge in the room actually worked to keep our drinks cold which is a small but fantastic detail when you're out enjoying the town at a concert
It wasn’t cheap but that’s just the way things go sometimes
